Gottsche is excited to extend an invitation to your non- profit organization to be involved in our Autumn Fest this year. This year the Autumn Fest will be held on Saturday, September 15, 2012 from 1:00pm to 7:00pm. The location of the festival will be on the river walk behind Gottsche Rehab Center. Gottsche is excited to have your non-profit organization to again be a part of this big, fun family event by reserving a booth that will help raise money for your organization.
There will be many fun activities at this year’s Autumn Fest! We are starting off with a 5k run for adults and children, a great time to spend with your family as you run/walk through our beautiful town. Then, at the festival there will be a variety of different activities for everyone from the youngest to the oldest members of this community. There will be lots of games and prizes for the children, a fun family bingo event, live music, food, dancing, card games for our seniors, and last but not least bouncy houses for the kiddos!
We are looking forward to having your organization participate in this fantastic opportunity to reach our community with your different skills and knowledge. Included with this letter is a reservation sheet with further information. The deadline for sending in your booth reservation is August 1, 2012 but please feel free to send it in anytime before that.

Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to commit to this event and help us make it a memorable one for many seasons to come. We couldn’t do it without your participation.
